About This Course

This training series aims to provide campaign professionals with novel knowledge and tools to design and evaluate evidence-based, social and behavioral change “get out the vote” programs.

The course will introduce participants to Behavioral Science, concepts relevant to voter engagement, and basic evaluation methods. Students will be guided through a rigorous approach to creating effective behavioral interventions.

Requirements

There are no prerequisites for this course. It is open and accesible to anyone interested in changing human behavior for the social good.

Laura Cojocaru

Laura is a behavioral designer with over 10 years of research and applied work experience, particularly in developing countries. She has developed and supported the implementation of behavior change interventions in fields such as public administration and governance, tax collection, labor, financial health and others. Laura holds a PhD in Economics from University of Delaware, and she currently works as a Principal Behavioral Designer at ideas42.
